Reading Olympic Champions!

We are thrilled to share some exciting news about the Reading Olympics! Grace Lutheran School’s 5th graders—Austin, Torsten, and Henry—recently competed in this exciting academic competition against 12 other schools.

For those unfamiliar, the Reading Olympics is a team-based competition that tests students’ comprehension, and teamwork skills as they answer questions about books they’ve read. It’s an incredible opportunity for young readers to showcase their love of reading and their knowledge!

The competition took place over two rounds, with a total of 26 questions—20 questions in Round 1 and 6 questions in Round 2. Our Grace team impressed everyone with their focus and preparation, missing only 3 questions throughout the entire event!

With this outstanding performance, Austin, Torsten, and Henry emerged as Reading Olympic Champs! 🏆 We are so proud of their hard work, dedication, and love of reading.

Congratulations to our champions for representing Grace Lutheran School so well—you inspire us all!
