Preparing students for high school and beyond.
A child centered education.
Senior Kindergarten at Grace is a perfect transition from a play-based learning environment in PK and JK, to a more structured, academic focus in first grade.
Senior Kindergarten
In our full-day kindergarten program, children have opportunities for hands-on learning, free-choice play, and interaction with friends and the environment. Our teachers encourage movement, investigation, and observation to develop problem solving skills. They spend one-on-one time with each child to understand their unique academic and social needs and adapt the curriculum to accommodate specific needs and strengths. Senior kindergarteners may also receive individualized reading instruction from our Reading Specialist.
The curriculum includes reading, language arts, science, math, art, and social studies, along with library, physical education, and music class. Students learn of God’s love and plan for each of us through Bible stories, weekly chapel, and participation in songs and prayers.

Frequently asked questions.
What is Grace Lutheran’s student-teacher ratio?
Our student-teacher ratio is 9:1. Because of this, our teachers have the opportunity to truly know and understand each child, allowing them to build lasting relationships and help develop each child’s gifts and abilities fully.
How can I see the school?
We want you to see the many things our school has to offer. We are scheduling in-person tours by appointment. CLICK HERE to schedule a personal tour.
When should I begin the admissions process?
We begin accepting applications one year before the start of the school year in which a student plans to enroll. We encourage families to complete the admissions process as early as possible, as classes can fill quickly.
To ensure a smooth start to the school year, we do not accept applications for the current school year during the three weeks immediately preceding the first day of school. Families interested in transferring after that time are welcome to begin the application process right away; however, students will not be eligible to begin classes until after the first trimester has ended, provided they have completed the admissions process and space is available.
Where do I begin?
The first step is to schedule a tour. Our Director of Enrollment and Marketing will show you around, answer all your questions, and walk you through the admission process.
