Celebrating Academic Excellence: Nola Williams

We are so proud to celebrate Grace alum Nola Williams on receiving the prestigious Alice M. Fox Scholarship!

This scholarship is awarded to a rising senior who demonstrates exceptional scientific curiosity, tenacity, and drive to pursue a future in the sciences. Students must first be selected to participate in a competitive essay-writing process, with the topic revealed only upon arrival.

Nola, who is interested in the field of forensics, wrote about her desire to give a voice to victims who no longer have one — especially marginalized women. Her essay was reviewed by faculty, and she was selected as this year’s scholarship recipient. The award will be applied toward her senior year.

We are also thrilled to share that Nola is now a member of SIX honor societies! What an incredible accomplishment.
