Grace Alumni Spotlight: Celebrating Izaiah Smith
At Grace Lutheran School, one of our greatest joys is seeing our students grow into confident, capable young adults who are prepared to pursue their God-given gifts and talents. This summer, we are excited to launch our Grace Alumni Spotlight Series, where we celebrate alumni who have recently graduated from high school and are preparing for exciting new adventures.
We are proud to begin this series by recognizing Izaiah Smith, a Grace Lutheran School alumnus who will be attending North Carolina A&T University this fall. Izaiah plans to major in Computer Science, pursuing a field that combines creativity, innovation, innovation, and problem-solving.
As we celebrate this exciting next step, we also want to recognize some of Izaiah’s impressive academic achievements and scholarship awards. Through his hard work, dedication, and commitment to excellence, Izaiah earned an incredible $21,000 in scholarship awards, including:
- 🏆 Dr. Gerald L. Clay Memorial Scholarship — $3,000
- 🏆 Michael S. Campbell Memorial Scholarship — $5,000
- 🏆 Howard University Scholarship — $13,000
These awards reflect not only Izaiah’s academic accomplishments but also the character, perseverance, and leadership he has demonstrated throughout his educational journey.
We are honored to have been part of Izaiah’s foundation and are excited to see where God leads him next.
