BrAIn Club (3rd - 6th grades)
After a successful start this season, virtual reality classes are continuing for the next session! Students have been exploring technology, creativity, and problem-solving through hands-on, interactive learning — and we’re excited to keep the momentum going. Our classes will start on January 14th and will run on Wednesdays from 2:20 to 3:00pm.

Amateur Radio (4th - 8th grades)
Viking Amateur Radio Club is for Grace Lutheran elementary and middle school students interested in exploring the exciting world of radio communications! Want your own radio license?! Then the winter session is for you as Dr. Stys will help students prepare for the FCC Technician licensure exam! Our classes will start on January 14th and will run on Wednesdays from 2:15 to 3:30pm.

Chess Club (2nd - 8th grades)
Curious Vikings Chess Club is excited to continue our partnership with the Chicago Chess Foundation (CCF). This non-profit organization gives all children – with a focus on low-income communities –the opportunity to learn, play, and compete in chess. Inspired by their mission, GLS will provide a donation to CCF to help further their mission, while also bringing an exciting chess experience to our students. No experience is needed. Classes will start on January 16th and will run on Fridays from 3:00 to 4:00pm.
