We invite you to join us for Graceful Evening 2024. Our annual gala is a much-anticipated event filled with fun, fellowship, cocktails, a sit-down dinner and our famous Dessert Dash. As our largest fundraiser of the year, it also includes a silent auction, raffles, wine & whiskey pulls and a paddle raise – all to raise money to support Grace Lutheran School’s classrooms, faculty and students. Even if you can’t attend in person, you can participate in the auction, become an event sponsor or donate. We look forward to another successful Graceful Evening!
Graceful Evening will once again be held at the Nineteenth Century Club, 178 Forest Ave. in Oak Park.

There are several other ways you can support Graceful Evening – whether you plan to attend the event or not.
Become a sponsor. Event sponsors may be individuals, families or businesses. Your support helps finance the cost of Graceful Evening and enables funds raised to go directly to Grace Lutheran School. All sponsorships include advertisement opportunities, and some include Graceful Evening tickets.
Buy an ad. Do you have a business you want to promote? Or maybe you want to feature your Grace student(s) in the program – like shout-outs in theater playbills.

We are looking for auction items!
Graceful Evening is the biggest fundraiser of the year, and we are seeking auction item donations to make the event a success! Always popular are hotel stays, vacation experiences, event/sports tickets, private party experiences, etc. But sometimes even smaller items end up in bidding wars – for example the hand-painted Grace sweatshirt that sold for $355 at last year’s event. So, be creative! If you are donating a physical item, you may deliver it to the front desk at school or email gracefulevening@graceriverforest.org to coordinate pickup. Items are due by February 23, 2024, to allow time to get our website finalized in time for the event. Thank you in advance for your support of Graceful Evening and Grace Lutheran School!
